I have now installed Tooll 3.7. This is child's play for a pure user installation. The developer installation is more for programmers or absolute IT freaks. After the installation, you may have to disable the "Windows Defender Smartscreen" (if a browser or something is actively connected to the network). To do this, click on "More information" in the large blue warning that appears and then on "Run anyway", of course only if you had obtained the installation zip from the original source on "github").
Now the App starts & you will find some great examples and instructions for the first steps and the elementary operation. If you work through this briefly, which takes no longer than 30-45 minutes, you will find an easy introduction to the not entirely uncomplex world of Tooll3, a free, future-oriented, real-time video tool of the highend level on the cutting edge of technology in the field of realtimeVideo.
