Resolume Arena or Avenue Version 7.28.1 (the plugin may also be compatible down to 7.23.2, but this has not been tested)
A modern GPU with a minimum of 8GB VRAM
A modern CPU (not older than 5 years)
Minimum 16GB RAM

I repeatedly miss the border tool in Resolume, which is otherwise very common in the video world, which is why I have now built something like that in Wire and made it available as an effect plugin for Arena and Avenue for eatch and evrione.
