I tested a new projection mapping workflow using MadMapper’s Space Scanner together with AI image generation. After scanning the real setup with a projector and camera, I used the Space Scan image as a base and generated visuals with DALL·E and Leonardo AI specifically inspired by that geometry. The raw AI outputs weren’t perfect, so I refined and aligned them in Photoshop to match the exact scan perspective.
Once everything was corrected, I brought the visuals back into MadMapper, applied them directly to the scanned layout, and added effects and cues for performance control. Instead of manually corner-pinning every surface, the projector already understood the space — letting me focus purely on show design.
