Mental Health Survey for the Music Touring Industry

Hi everyone, I'm researching mental health in the touring industry for an academic paper. If anyone who has toured in the live music industry is willing to fill out a survey, that would be very helpful, and I would be extremely grateful!
Thank you to the admins for letting me post this.

Details about the study:
My name is Tom Harrison, and I’m currently conducting a research project for my postgraduate psychology thesis at Northumbria University, with the aim of better understanding mental health within the music touring industry. I have worked in the music industry as a touring VJ and Creative Director for Comix for over a decade and have first-hand experience with the mental toll working within this sector can take, as well as volunteering with the charity Shout and witnessing the outcomes of poor mental health.
This study aims to understand mental health specifically within the music touring community, focusing on how mental well-being is related to feelings of defeat and entrapment and attempting to understand if rumination is one aspect of this pathway which could be the target of treatment focus. This pathway is theorised to contribute to various adverse mental health outcomes.
If you would like to take part and contribute to this research, please click the link below to a survey. It should take roughly 10 minutes to complete. I am looking for anyone who has worked in the music industry (artist and crew), toured for at least six months at any time, and is over 18. All data gathered would be rendered anonymous.
