This week's guest is a woman who has a lifetime of stories to share. Prasiddha is a Dharmic Healer and coach who teaches Eastern Philosophy through the spiritual healing sciences of Yoga, Ayurveda & Tantra. After she spent two years in an Ashram in India she saw it as the experience that changed her life forever. It awoke something within her that has now enabled her to empower other people to release what is no longer serving them and become who it is they have always been.
