Episode 12: Jen Stark

Join us in listening to What’s the Point with Shantell Martin and the color queen, Jen Stark. Jen Stark is a Miami-born, Los Angeles-based artist known for her bright psychedelic designs inspired by the natural world. Much of her work alludes to optical illusions and the materials she uses include wood, paint, paper, and metal. Stark’s love of colors blossomed from her interest in nature and all the colors we see in everyday life. She has been drawing since two years old and her grandpa taught her how to watercolor from a very young age. Her inspiration grew from her grandpa who would draw and paint scenes in Miami.
