It's not offered entirely for free on a gaming platform. The 4GB zip file consists of 2.5GB of videos and 1.2GB of Unreal content, and what the 128MB Unreal Engine then mathematically generates looks like an Atari game from yesteryear.
Okay, if you like that sort of thing, you can waste your storage space like that, but I'm not.
XorDev -- he's actually charging $99 for 399 milkDrops or something like that, which I find pretty outrageous. I made a post about NestDrop in the Resolume forum and included a link there that leads to 10,000 free MilkDrops.

And Smode-Community really is a really great program, that's what I thought at first too, but you're not really allowed to use it, i.e. at an event where you're a VJ, no commercial use is allowed with this community version, so it's just a decoy for the extremely expensive full version and useless for poor VJs!!

And a beta version that stops working on January 1, 2026, so it makes your mouth water for free, and when you're really hungry, you can only get something to eat for cash.
