Download Example Resolume Wire Basics - Sine Wave Animation

So If you hadn't noticed, I really like Resolume Wire. This program has such potential and is able to offer their community options that they wouldn't normally have with just Resolume Arena/Avenue. I know it's trivial for some but this program offers me the ability to create with nodes without knowing the complete syntax of coding. I can really lean in into learning the techniques behind the coding instead.

How could we build a larger audience for this program? One of the ways we can achieve this is by teaching each others what we learned in a program no matter how trivial. There might be people out there who would like to learn how to use this program but might not know where to start.

Above is an example file where you can tinker with the options available and experiment to see how each piece functions together.

In this example I am making a Sine wave that moves up and down to create this animation. It's a small example that has some really great concepts behind it. Let me know in the comments below if this kind of thing interests you. I'd like to know what you think.

Thanks for this! I’m unable to open the patch because I’m running an older version of Wire. I tried recreating this patch from the image, but didn’t get a sine wave sadly. I learned a lot from your approach though. Cheers!
